Puerto Vallarta, Through My Eyes

There are places that impress you.

Then there are places that quietly stay with you.

Puerto Vallarta is one of those places.

Maybe it's the way the Sierra Madre mountains disappear into the Pacific. Or the scent of tropical flowers after an afternoon rain. Maybe it's lingering over one more cocktail as the sky fades from gold to indigo, knowing tomorrow you'll discover something new.

This isn't a travel guide.

It's simply a collection of moments that reminded me why I love to wander.

Sometimes that's all a place needs to become unforgettable.

A ribbon of river winding through the rainforest toward the sea.
Lush green jungle-covered mountains meeting the coastline along Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, with hotels nestled between the rainforest and the Pacific Ocean.
This is the Puerto Vallarta I fell in love with... the place where the rainforest tumbles into the sea.
Gentle Pacific Ocean waves washing over wet sand along the shoreline in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
The Pacific has a way of making everything else quieter.

The deeper you wander, the more alive the forest becomes.

Not every memory is grand. Some are simply the color of flowers in the morning.
