Does anyone else have a horrible time shopping for other people? Or telling other people what you want for Christmas? It’s awful. We don’t do any big gift exchanges for Christmas, it’s mostly just for our kids. But, we usually give small gifts to the adults in our midst.
And I never know what to get.
And I’m terrible at telling other people what I want.
I don’t know if it’s just I don’t like asking other people for things, or if I just truly don’t know. There are tons of things on my “I’d love to have one day” list and I’ve checked a few boxes off. But, I just never really ask for anything. We don’t need anything. I take that back. This year we actually need a new master bathroom. It’s bad, ya’ll. But saying “I wear a size “complete bathroom renovation” this Christmas just seems so…
I’m not that person.
I do love farmhouse decor, though. It’s simple, beautiful, and timeless. Just about anyone can add a touch of farmhouse to their home, even if they don’t really have that style of decor. But honestly, who doesn’t love shiplap and ironstone dishes? Timeless beauty.
If you know someone who loves farmhouse style, or you’re trying to give others ideas for things you would like under the Christmas tree this year, I hope this helps. These are just a few of my favorite things, and I am sure that you, or any receiver, would love them just as much.
