There are few treats I like more than strawberry cheesecake. Strawberries are my all-time fave fruit, plus cheesecake is pretty, and it’s so, so good. I could eat the whole 9″ form by myself (don’t judge, you know you could, too). Another thing I absolutely love? Popsicles. There are limitless possibilities when it comes to popsicles, I’ve never had a gross popsicle, and they’re fun to eat!
My kids also love popsicles and will eat them by the freezer full daily. So, since I love strawberry cheesecake and we all love popsicles, I thought it was time to combine two of my favorite things into my own little concoction. Sure, there are recipes all over the net for strawberry cheesecake popsicles, but none of them are as good as these.
These are actually not absolutely horrible for you. Granted, they still have sugar and you probably shouldn’t eat them by the freezer-full (but you’re gonna want to). They do have fruit in them… and some yogurt. We can pretend they’re really good for us and it will be our little secret, okay?
